Sunday, August 12, 2018 @ 10:30 a.m., join us at Oakwood United Methodist Church (2215 58th St., Lubbock, TX [Google Maps link]) for a Teacher Induction Service. This is a combined family worship service at 10:30 a.m.
Don’t forget, a potluck dinner will follow the service. So, bring what you want.
We usually have 2 separate worship services on Sunday mornings: 9 a.m. for Contemporary service and 11 a.m. for Traditional service. On Sunday, August 12th, we will combine our services into one service at 10:30 a.m. for this special occasion to honor our teachers. Teachers are one of the most important things on this earth, so come to help us honor them this coming Sunday.
